Terms of Service and Licensing Agreement for BAGG Purchases and Virtual Event Planning Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any product or service from Bright & Good Gatherings (BAGG), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms apply to all products, including downloadable PDFs and virtual event planning services.
2. License for Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the materials for personal or business use. You may not distribute, resell, share, or publish the materials, in whole or in part, without written permission from Bright & Good Gatherings.
3. Copyright
All content included in the BAGG materials, including text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of Bright & Good Gatherings and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Virtual Event Planning Services
For any virtual event planning services provided:
You agree to actively participate in planning meetings and adhere to scheduled timelines to ensure the event’s success.
Changes to the scope of services, schedule, or event requirements may result in additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to implementation.
Bright & Good Gatherings is not liable for any third-party vendor issues or failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
5. No Reproduction or Redistribution
You agree not to redistribute or make publicly available any content provided within the BAGG purchase or virtual event planning service. This includes uploading materials to a public platform, website, or social media account without express permission from Bright & Good Gatherings.
6. Social Media Tagging
When sharing any images, videos, or references to BAGG events on social media, you agree to tag @brightandgood_ in all posts and content related to the event.
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products and services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the materials have been accessed, downloaded, or once the virtual planning services have begun.
8. Modifications
Bright & Good Gatherings reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to the website, and continued use of the products and services will signify your acceptance of any adjustments.
9. Liability
Bright & Good Gatherings is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims that occur during or after events planned or executed using the BAGG materials or virtual services. All materials and services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The event host or client assumes full responsibility for the safety and well-being of participants and guests during the event.
10. Custom BAGGs Usage
For any custom BAGG purchases, you grant Bright & Good Gatherings the right to publish and resell the content of your BAGG starting on or after the event date provided in your purchase form. If a “receive by” date was submitted instead of the event date, Bright & Good Gatherings may publish and resell the content 30 days after the receive-by date submitted.
11. Confidentiality for Virtual Planning Services
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the virtual event planning process. Neither party shall disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.
